awarded the first torch device

second award for outstanding
serving in a Ranger platoon.
Owens, a cadet sergeant, is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Owens, and a graduate of
Othello High School. He is a
junior at EWSC.
Over $184,100 in scholar-

53rd National 4-H Congress
in Chicago, Dec. 1-5. The
